Event Sponsors:
For your convenience, we have provided a wide variety of options for you to choose from. If you wish to be an Event Sponsor, please click the Sponsor Plan and select your desired level of support. You can then contact the Elks Lodge at 541-672-4455, and a Event Representative will come by and pickup your check, and go over the Sponsor packet you have chosen. OR, you may mail your check to the Lodge, and a Representative will contact you to go over your desired Packet.
Trophy Classes:
You may also be interested in sponsoring a Trophy Class. For your $100 Donation, you will have your Company’s Name on the First and Second place Trophies of the class of your choice, based on availability, and announced during the Awards ceremony. The Doctorate Level Sponsor has the Best in Show Trophy. Masters Level will have selection of the Best Ford/Chevy/MOPAR/Foreign Trophies.
All the Classes from 100 to 951 are available on a first come, first served basis. Please call 541-680-7076 for availability.
Donors:
As part of our fund raising efforts, we will be having a prize raffle. If you would like to donate an item for this raffle. Please contact the Elks Lodge at 541-672-4455, an Event Representative will come pick up your Donation. To avoid IRS issues, we would prefer Donations under $600 in value.
